Services



As the leading source of quota management support and services for the British Columbia commercial fishing industry, IQMI helps you find the quota you need, when you need it. We also help you go the next step and obtain that quota, through trades, exchanges, or leases.

Our weekly listings provide an up-to-date view of quota available for trade or lease. Use them to quickly find quota that you are looking for, either through our web site of by signing up for our weekly listing service.

IQMI is also a one-stop shop for quota trades, exchanges and leases, so that once you've found what you need, we can take care of transferring it onto or off of your licence. Transfers can be permanent or temporary, and are validated against DFO rules and current ITQ information as part of our processing service. All of this done in strictest confidence.

Our quota managers are also available to answer any questions you might have. These can range from general questions about quota and how it works, to specific questions about how to get the most out of your own ITQ holdings.
